2. Quotes & Pricing

  1. Quotes are based on the information provided by the customer and visible property conditions
  2. Final pricing may change if additional work is required or conditions differ from the original assessment
  3. All prices will be confirmed before work begins


3. Booking & Cancellations

  1. Appointments must be scheduled in advance
  2. Customers agree to provide accurate contact and property details
  3. Cancellations or rescheduling should be made with reasonable notice (preferably 24 hours)
  4. The Company reserves the right to reschedule due to weather or safety concerns


4. Property Access & Preparation

  1. Customers must ensure safe and clear access to the work areas
  2. Pets should be secured, and obstacles removed prior to service
  3. The Company is not responsible for delays caused by restricted access


5. Service Limitations & Risks

  1. Exterior cleaning services may involve inherent risks, including minor wear to older materials
  2. The Company will take reasonable care but cannot guarantee restoration of heavily damaged surfaces
  3. Pre-existing damage (e.g., cracked shingles, deteriorated seals, fragile gutters) is not the responsibility of the Company


6. Payment Terms

  1. Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed
  2. Accepted payment methods will be communicated at booking
  3. Late payments may be subject to additional fees or interest


7. Satisfaction & Warranty

  1. Customer satisfaction is a priority, and concerns should be reported promptly
  2. The Company may offer touch-ups or corrections at their discretion
  3. No guarantees are made for permanent results due to environmental factors (e.g., moss regrowth, weather conditions)


8. Liability Limitation

  1. The Company is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  2. Liability is limited to the value of the services provided
  3. Customers agree to release the Company from claims related to pre-existing issues or conditions beyond their control


9. Health & Safety

  1. The Company follows standard safety practices during all services
  2. Customers agree to keep a safe distance from active work areas
  3. Work may be stopped if unsafe conditions arise


10. Changes to Terms

  1. These Terms may be updated at any time
  2. Updated versions will be posted on their website
  3. Continued use of services indicates acceptance of any changes


11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and applicable Canadian laws.
